Fast Mattress (Dallas C. Martinez dba Fast Mattress, Redlands, California) sells and delivers mattresses through this website. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you order, we collect your delivery address (including any apartment or unit), delivery date, and the mattresses you choose. Our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, phone number, and payment details. We use this only to process, deliver, and support your order, and to meet tax and recycling-fee reporting requirements. While you check out, your order details are saved in your browser for the session so they're still there if you come back from the payment page.

To plan delivery routes, the location of your delivery address is sent to a mapping service (OpenStreetMap routing), without your name or contact details.

Texts and email

We text or email you about your order: confirmation, your delivery time window, when we're on the way, and a follow-up afterward. We send deals or referral offers only if you say yes, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Information collected automatically

To understand how the site is used and improve it, we record how visitors move through the site: which steps and buttons are used, time spent on each step, the size and quantity selected, the city and ZIP code of a delivery address you pick, and whether an order was completed. With each visit we also record your approximate location (city, region, ZIP code and rough coordinates, estimated from your internet connection), the website or link that sent you here, and your device type, operating system, browser, language, and screen size.

If you arrive from a friend's referral link or from an ad, we save the referral code or ad click ID in your browser (for up to 60 and 90 days) so the order can be credited. If we report a sale back to an ad platform such as Google Ads, we send only that click ID and the order amount.

We do not store your IP address, and analytics never include your street address or payment details. A random ID is saved in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. This data is kept for up to 400 days, is stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, browsing analytics are turned off automatically. We still keep the records needed to process an order you place. We treat Do Not Track signals the same way as Global Privacy Control. We don't allow other companies to track you across websites on this site.

Order records (name, contact details, address, what you bought) are kept as long as needed for delivery, support, warranty, and tax records, which is generally up to 7 years.
